Issues while paying online
In cases where devotee made the payment and money got debited from devotee account, but transaction didn’t complete and/or devotee didn’t receive any intimation, the money will be refunded in 4-7 working days
After successful booking
Once the booking is successfully completed, the Temples will do the puja or service on the requested date with the given details. User will not be able to cancel a booking or request for refund. However, we will be happy to talk to devotee on alternate measures or changes to the booking and do the needful to user’s satisfaction. Users can reach us at support@clouddimension.in
After Pooja completion
Every devotee knows the status of the pooja through the phone number or email of the temple. Prasadam/offerings will be sent to devotee if requested and paid for. Once the pooja is done, we will not be able to postpone, refund or cancel under any circumstances.
